What we collect and why

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it:

• Contact form: name, email address, and your message — to respond to your enquiry.
• Chat assistant: any information you share during conversation (such as name, email, phone number) — to assist you, schedule meetings, or pass messages.
• Phone or SMS: your phone number and conversation content — to respond and follow up.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — processing is necessary to respond to your enquiry and is proportionate to that purpose.

AI-assisted processing

Our chat and phone assistant uses AI to process your messages and respond. Conversations may be processed by third-party AI service providers. No automated decisions with legal or significant effects are made without human review.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies. A session identifier is stored locally in your browser solely to maintain your chat conversation. No cookie consent banner is required as this storage is strictly necessary for the service you request.

Who receives your data

Your information may be shared with the following categories of service providers, solely to deliver the services described above:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (EEA-based)
• Communication service providers (for SMS and email delivery)
• AI processing services (for chat and voice assistant)
• Scheduling services (for meeting bookings)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

International transfers

Some service providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place, including EU-approved standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

How long we keep your data

Contact and conversation data is retained for up to 12 months from your last interaction, or until you request its deletion — whichever comes first.
